MITCH GOULD

CEO
Mitch Gould, a third-generation retail distribution and manufacturing professional specializing in consumer products, has more than 35 years of experience in the retail industry. His expertise spans several categories of consumer products, including lawn and garden, hardware and, more recently, sports nutrition, dietary supplements and beverages. Over the years, he has represented organizations such as Igloo, Rubbermaid, Sunbeam, Remington, Ames, Chapin, Paramont, Miracle-Gro, Desa International, Native Remedies, Organic Food Bar, PowerICE, and Bob Wall’s KO Fitness drink,

Mitch has also successfully launched a wide range of products from concept to shelf, many of which can be found in prestigious magazines like Time, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, People, US, U.S. News & World Report, Men’s Health and Maxim.

He has placed new entrepreneurs, major companies and celebrity-branded products—such as Steven Seagal’s Lightning Bolt, Hulk Hogan’s “Hogan Energy” supplement, Chuck Liddell’s Iceman RX and Roberto Clemente Jr’s PowerICE—into some of the most sought-after markets and accounts in the country. These include Wal-Mart USA, Wal-Mart International, Sam’s Club, Costco,Home Depot, Lowes,Menards,GNC, Tree of Life, Kroger, Safeway, Fred Myer, Amazon.com, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, K-Mart, 7-Eleven, Target, Miejers, Fred’s, USA Sports, Ace Hardware, Bradley Caldwell, Central Garden Supply.

Sherry has worked with hundreds of manufacturers for the past two-plus decades. She has a deep understanding of the problems that manufacturers seeking penetration and expansion into the U.S. market face today.

She has worked with such accounts as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Amazon.com, Lowe’s, 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens and K-Mart, to name a few. By using her professional skillset and experience, she can help your company reach its goals.

Sherry also is in charge of all day-to-day operations in the office.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS AFFAIRS

 

Ronald “Ronnie” Kruger is a dynamic executive with over 15 years of experience as a CEO, demonstrating a strong track record in visionary leadership across various industries within South African organizations and significant involvement with startups throughout Africa. His expertise in people management and human resources has underpinned his exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing him to inspire and motivate teams while fostering strong relationships with both public and private stakeholders. Specializing in broader management within an African context, Ronnie has successfully managed and turned around five medium to large corporate businesses, showing a keen interest in operational and general management. He has proven his ability to drive profitability in low-margin environments and spearhead infrastructural reorganization and diversification efforts, significantly increasing turnover and market share for companies like PHD. Furthermore, Ronnie’s strategic initiatives have led to substantial infrastructural expansion, such as Powertech’s growth in Africa and achieving significant accolades for PHD, alongside executing a successful turnaround strategy for Akacia Medical, transforming it from a significant loss to profitability within a year.

 

VINCE ARNETTE

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Vince brings the team thirty-five years of broad-based domestic and international finance, operations, and business development experience. Having obtained a bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston, Vince worked for the global accounting firm Deloitte and obtained his CPA license in Texas. He left to ultimately become the Manager of Corporate Audit at Twentieth Century Fox in Los Angeles, leading projects ranging from television station acquisitions to domestic and international film and television production and distribution. He was also part of the team that secured the network’s first NFL broadcast contract leading to the launch of Fox Sports. Later, as CFO/COO of Brightpoint Latin America, Vince co-led the team that built the first pan-regional cellular phone distribution network though-out Latin America, driving revenues to $750 million in only two years. Vince shifted his focus and founded a boutique business advisory firm, launched a CPA firm and a small business capital firm, and has held multiple fractional CFO positions, all geared toward driving growth-oriented companies’ success. Vince has been an expert panelist on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. regarding access to capital for small businesses, written financial articles for various publications, and contributed to a national news radio program on IHeart Radio. He is also a U.S. Director for Capital Pros, Inc., an international finance advisory firm, and a former Ambassador Board Member of Nova Southeastern University. Having directly impacted the success of numerous emerging businesses across several industry segments and continents, Vince brings the Company and its clients the detailed knowledge and experience necessary to launch and build U.S. market businesses and brands successfully.

As Vice President of Operations, Scott Gould will oversee all the operations and departments in CPI.

In his former position as Vice President of Business Development, Scott was responsible for implementing both unique and proven marketing strategies to grow CPI clients’ brands. A fourth-generation retail professional, Scott brings a combination of technical and creative expertise to his work.

He has directed a number of creative social media campaigns, involving the development of unique promotions and contests and building consumer trust and brand recognition. He has also implemented a number of innovative e-commerce solutions, including the integration of real-time warehouse inventory with merchant systems.

Successfully managing multiple advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding 6 figures, Scott has earned real ROI and increased market presence for CPI’s clients. His market savvy is a result of closely following current trends, which allows him to formulate exactly the right messages for the right audience at precisely the right time.

The combination of skills Scott brings to CPI allows him to work interdepartmentally, coordinating the efforts of the firm’s sales, marketing, and Internet technology teams. This requires a great deal of creative thinking and technological expertise, and Scott prides himself on his ability to come up with innovative solutions to all types of challenges.

MIKE MYRTHIL

Executive Vice President
Mike brings more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience to the CPI team. He has an in depth knowledge of Consumer product industries.

Mike has met and developed relationships with buyers in all channels of the Food, Drug, Mass Merchandise, Convenience Stores, and Specialty Health industries. These relationships include companies like CVS, Walgreens, Vitamin World, Vitamin Shoppe and Best Buy.

He has attended ECRM events, where buyers and sellers come together for special one-on-one, “speed dating” type meetings. These sessions have provided Mike with priceless exposure to dozens of major national brands.

Mike takes pride in having been a part of several product launches that have resulted in millions of dollars in sales.

Andrew Polin

Executive Vice President
Glen, who will oversee CPI’s South Pacific Region, comes to CPI with more than two decades of experience in the sports nutrition industry. He worked with Advanced Sports Nutrition for 12 years where he invented the world’s first and only HP100 Protein Ice Cream and became the national sales and marketing manager of the company in Australia. Also birthing several product lines into the retail sector, Glen knows exactly what it takes to launch products into new markets.

As a bodybuilder himself, Glen understands the market intuitively due to being a consumer that would purchase these sports nutrition products. He brings more than two decades of knowledge of the sports nutrition industry.

In recent years with two partners, Glen founded LiveLean PRO in Australia and launched it in the U.S., which incorporates nanotechnology maximizing the body’s absorptions of the products taking health and performance effectiveness to a level not previously experienced.

Glen’s experience in setting up LiveLean PRO in the U.S. from the ground up from Australia gives him invaluable knowledge, know-how, understanding, and the mentality it takes to succeed in the U.S., the mecca market of the world, and wish list success story for companies in the South Pacific.

Marc C. Sanchez

FDA Attorney
Marc is dedicated to helping CPI’s clients navigate the complex world of FDA and USDA legislation.

Marc represents FDA-regulated companies in the food, dietary supplement, beverage, cosmetic, medical device, and drug industries. With a broad depth of experience, he advises clients on the regulatory requirements and strategic corporate considerations that affect the importation, distribution, and exportation of FDA-regulated products.

Marc is a frequent national speaker on FDA compliance issues affecting the food, dietary supplement, and medical device industries. He is also considered a leading voice in understanding the Food Safety Modernization Act, which has fundamentally changed food law in the U.S., with interviews and contributions in the Washington Post and Huffington Post.

Marc is the author of two textbooks, including Springer International’s first food law text, now in its 2nd edition. He is also a lecturer at Northeastern University.

Marc is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the D.C. Bar Association. His practice is limited to matters and proceedings before the United States Food & Drug Administration.

Kayla’s six-plus years of social media marketing experience include managing brands’ reputations, content creation, building brand awareness, and SEO experience.

During that time, Stanbury, who received a bachelor’s in finance from Purdue Global, has managed teams of coders, graphic designers, and data analysts to help major brands achieve their digital goals. Stanbury blends strategy, creativity, technology, media, and analytics to drive innovation.

Stanbury leads a full-service digital marketing team that develops and executes multi-channel marketing strategies for IHM clients. Stanbury’’s expertise includes Search Engine Optimization, Web Development, Graphic Design, Data Analysis, Social Media Management, Reputation Management, Mobile Optimization, Pay Per Click Strategy, Geo-Fencing Marketing, Drone Photography, and SEO.

Saurabh Bhatt comes with extensive experience of 16 years working with global brands, such as Dell, General Electric, IBM, and SupportSoft where he handled day-to-day technical operations and digital marketing. Saurabh handles the team comprising SEO professionals, social media campaigns, website operations, and virtual Assistants. With a Master’s degree in information technology, Saurabh plays a key role in managing all of CPI’s Google and social media campaigns, email marketing channels, and supporting websites.
