He has placed new entrepreneurs, major companies and celebrity-branded products—such as Steven Seagal’s Lightning Bolt, Hulk Hogan’s “Hogan Energy” supplement, Chuck Liddell’s Iceman RX and Roberto Clemente Jr’s PowerICE—into some of the most sought-after markets and accounts in the country. Sherry has worked with hundreds of manufacturers for the past two-plus decades. She has a deep understanding of the problems that manufacturers seeking penetration and expansion into the U.S. market face today.
She has worked with such accounts as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Amazon.com, Lowe’s, 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens and K-Mart, to name a few. By using her professional skillset and experience, she can help your company reach its goals.
Sherry also is in charge of all day-to-day operations in the office.

Scott Gould
In his former position as Vice President of Business Development, Scott was responsible for implementing both unique and proven marketing strategies to grow CPI clients’ brands. A fourth-generation retail professional, Scott brings a combination of technical and creative expertise to his work.
He has directed a number of creative social media campaigns, involving the development of unique promotions and contests and building consumer trust and brand recognition. He has also implemented a number of innovative e-commerce solutions, including the integration of real-time warehouse inventory with merchant systems.
Successfully managing multiple advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding 6 figures, Scott has earned real ROI and increased market presence for CPI’s clients. His market savvy is a result of closely following current trends, which allows him to formulate exactly the right messages for the right audience at precisely the right time.

MIKE MYRTHIL
Mike has met and developed relationships with buyers in all channels of the Food, Drug, Mass Merchandise, Convenience Stores, and Specialty Health industries. These relationships include companies like CVS, Walgreens, Vitamin World, Vitamin Shoppe and Best Buy.
He has attended ECRM events, where buyers and sellers come together for special one-on-one, “speed dating” type meetings. These sessions have provided Mike with priceless exposure to dozens of major national brands.
Mike takes pride in having been a part of several product launches that have resulted in millions of dollars in sales.
glen jarvis
As a bodybuilder himself, Glen understands the market intuitively due to being a consumer that would purchase these sports nutrition products. He brings more than two decades of knowledge of the sports nutrition industry.
In recent years with two partners, Glen founded LiveLean PRO in Australia and launched it in the U.S., which incorporates nanotechnology maximizing the body’s absorptions of the products taking health and performance effectiveness to a level not previously experienced.
Glen’s experience in setting up LiveLean PRO in the U.S. from the ground up from Australia gives him invaluable knowledge, know-how, understanding, and the mentality it takes to succeed in the U.S., the mecca market of the world, and wish list success story for companies in the South Pacific.

Marc C. Sanchez
Marc represents FDA-regulated companies in the food, dietary supplement, beverage, cosmetic, medical device, and drug industries. With a broad depth of experience, he advises clients on the regulatory requirements and strategic corporate considerations that affect the importation, distribution, and exportation of FDA-regulated products.
Marc is a frequent national speaker on FDA compliance issues affecting the food, dietary supplement, and medical device industries. He is also considered a leading voice in understanding the Food Safety Modernization Act, which has fundamentally changed food law in the U.S., with interviews and contributions in the Washington Post and Huffington Post.
Marc is the author of two textbooks, including Springer International’s first food law text, now in its 2nd edition. He is also a lecturer at Northeastern University.
Marc is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the D.C. Bar Association. His practice is limited to matters and proceedings before the United States Food & Drug Administration.
